Destination Events Ltd and Youth Music of the World International Ltd (“the Company”), agents for La Grande Parade de Paris (“the Parade”), store information on participants in the Parade. The information stored includes personal information and accounting information. The purpose of storing the information is to enable the Company to provide its event organising services to the participants. Information stored on participants is not supplied to any third parties except official suppliers to the Parade. For example, certain personal information on participants is supplied to the hotels and airlines which are providing services to the Company in respect of the Parade. This information needs to be provided to enable such suppliers to fulfil their contractual obligations to the Company. The Company also stores contact information on individuals who make an enquiry (either through our web site or by telephone or post) about the Parade and other events organised by the Company, as well as individuals who subscribe to our mailing list. This information is stored to enable the Company to respond to enquiries, provide information requested and to keep individuals up to date with news and events. The Company reserves the right to access and disclose personal information to comply with applicable laws, to operate the site’s systems properly and to protect itself and the users of the site. Our mailing list consists of participants and others who subscribe to our mailing list from time to time. An individual on our mailing list may unsubscribe at anytime. Reply to the email with “Unsubscribe” and your email address will be removed from the mailing list. Alternatively you may contact the Company by telephone during normal business hours (London, European time) and ask to be removed from the mailing list. Destination Events Ltd is registered on the Data Protection Register, set up and maintained under the Data Protection Act 1988.
